The Château of the Marquis de Sade

The château de Mazan was one of three castles belonging to the family of the Marquis Donatien Alphonse-François de Sade. Renovated five years ago, it is now a hotel with 31 rooms (25 of which are in the castle, and six in an adjacent house across the street). Each room is different from the other, mostly family-style, and all have views to the garden. The marquis de Sade is also referred to as the marquis de Mazan.
